Sheila Brustkern joined the Friendship Village family as a Sales Counselor in June 2018 and now serves as our Sales & Marketing Director. She has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Iowa and has been in the community living industry for over 25 years. Sheila brings her experience in conventional rentals, condominium conversion and HOA Management to Friendship Village and feels very honored and proud to be representing Friendship Village in this role.

Sheila loves building relationships and being a trusted advisor to our senior community. She also enjoys introducing people to all the amenities and services offered at Friendship Village. The highlight of her position is seeing someone thrive after they move in and living that happy, healthy, lifestyle we provide.
