Ema Baltic, RN and Director of Lakeview Lodge Assisted Living, has been with our community since 2008. As the Director of Lakeview Lodge Assisted Living, Ema oversees a team who promotes a culture of compassion, empathy, excellent care and instills a high standard of nursing care.

Ema is passionate about her work at Lakeview Lodge, where she has the ability to utilize her nursing and leadership skills. She appreciates watching her team grow and advance within the company and finds it rewarding to connect with residents and employees from different walks of life and cultures.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her large family. Ema is a wife and mother of four under the age of 8. In order to keep up with her kids, she tries to find time to exercise.
