Dave Holm is committed to raising awareness towards the charitable component of Friendship Village as the Director of Development. He encourages the support from the philanthropic community and also generates goodwill toward and among the Friendship Village retirement and related health care.

Dave thrives on the ability to experience healthy relationships among many of the Cedar Valley’s finest retirees, and to foster meaningful and fulfilling philanthropy.  

Taking adventures with his wife, playing ping pong, and working on puzzles are just a few ways Dave spends his free time. He also is a person of faith and appreciates his time at church.
