Friendship Village, Landmark Commons & It Takes a Village Childcare are proud to offer the HIVE Employee Wellness Center! We want our employees to know we value their well being and support their efforts to live a healthy lifestyle. It was built to be efficient and affordable and with employees in mind. In addition to the hard work employees provide toward the ongoing success of the Friendship Village Community, we know that the work to improve your health can be the most gratifying process of your life!

WHO IS ALLOWED ACCESS?

Current employees of Friendship Village, Landmark Commons, Rosewood Estate and It Takes a Village Childcare, 18 years or older and their approved guests.
WHO QUALIFIES AS AN “APPROVED GUEST”?

An approved guest can be a family member or friend, 18 years or older, of a current employee, who agrees to abide by a ll rules and polices. Approval is granted or denied at the discretion of Friendship Village personnel.
WHAT DOES IT COST TO USE?

Each employee pays $5 per pay period via payroll deduction. Each employee pays an additional $20 per approved guest.
WHEN IS THE WELLNESS CENTER OPEN?

The wellness center is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Hours of entry are 5AM-Midnight.
WHY DID WE BUILD IT?

For our employees! This center is a nonprofit amenity available to facilitate the needs and demands of those interested in health, fitness and well being.
