With more than 30 years of experience in the childcare setting, Vivian Mabry takes pride and excitement in what she does each day at It Takes a Village Childcare. The culture and spirit of collaboration expressed in her work environment at Friendship Village fulfills her opportunity to contribute to our communities growth. She is passionate about the well-being of every child who walks through the doors of ITAVCC.

As the Director of It Takes a Village Childcare, Vivian manages operations, guides her team and ensures top-notch care is provided while complying with all company and DHS regulations.

When Vivian is away from work, she enjoys reading in the comfort of her home, spending time outdoors, walking, breathing in the fresh air and taking in the beauty of nature. She loves watching things grow, therefore, you can find her gardening in the summer and cultivating plants indoors in the winter.
