As the Assistant Director of Nursing from 2022-2024 and now holding the position of Director of Nursing since January 2024, Kristen Lyons, is dedicated to her team and works hard to ensure resident needs are met daily. She is personable and takes time to get to know each resident living throughout the Friendship Village community. Kristen also interacts with families and empathizes with them on deeper levels as their loved ones make life transitions – she takes great pride in supporting both residents and families within our community.

Outside of work, Kristen spends her time tending to her indoor plants, putting together puzzles, playing with her dog, Winston, and spending time with family including her two daughters who are active in volleyball and dance.
