Jason Falck joined the Friendship Village family as Director of Development after years of building relationships in ministry, nonprofit work, and the corporate sector. A Waterloo native, Jason grew up just across the park from Friendship Village and has deep roots in the Cedar Valley.
A graduate of Taylor University and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Jason spent 16 years serving in ministry with college students across the Upper Midwest and abroad before returning to Waterloo in 2015. Since then, he has served on the staff of a local church and worked at John Deere, gaining valuable experience in leadership and community engagement.
Jason loves getting to know the residents of Friendship Village and hearing their incredible life stories. As part of the Friendship Village Foundation, he is passionate about encouraging charitable giving to ensure this community remains strong, vibrant, and accessible for generations to come.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys life in Waterloo with his wife, Audrey, and their two daughters. They love to shoot hoops in the driveway, make pies from their own cherry tree, watch the Tour de France, and take daytrips throughout Iowa.
